The next big project of actor Sivakarthikeyan that is set to release in theatre is titled Maaveeran. The film helmed by Mandela Fame Madonna Ashwin has Aditi Shankar playing the female lead with director Mysskin as the antagonist. The film has created a huge excitement and the production house bankrolling the film, Shanthi Talkies, recently announced that the second single from the film will be released on 14th June. Ahead off the release of the song, The makers have now released a new glimpse video of the song titled Vannarapettayila. It is composed by Bharath Sankar and is penned by Yugabharathi. The song is sung by the leading onscreen couple of the film Sivakarthikeyan and Adithi Shankar.

The 37-second long glimpse begins with a peppy whistling tune and shows the character of Sivakarthikeyan. It then begins with the vocal of the actress and shows the actor and the actress vibing to the song in the studio while recording it. The full song will release at 11 AM tomorrow. This glimpse shows that the song will be a peppy romantic film that will be enjoyed by fans and movie buffs. Announcing the song, Maaveeran makers revealed a hilarious video of convincing the actors to sing the song and it became viral yesterday.

The first single form Maaveeran Scene Ah Sceene Ah was released on Sivakarthikeyan's birthday and was sung by music composer Anirudh Ravichander. As the film is set to release on June 14, more updates about the movie are expected soon. The film has an exacting cast of Sivakarthikeyan, Adithi Shankar, Sarithan, Pushpa fame actor Sunil, and Yogi Babu in important roles, while director Mysskin plays the role of the main antagonist. It is also set to release in Telugu as Mahaveerudu and Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film are bagged by Red Giant Movies.
