Silambarasan TR is one of the leading actors in the Tamil film industry who has worked in many films from a young age as a child artist. The upcoming film of the actor Pathu Thala is scheduled to release on March 30. It is a remake of the hit Kannada film Mufti that will be directed by Obeli N Krishnan. Silamabrasan TR is set to play the role of AGR in the film. It has music by AR Rahman with Gautham Karthik and Gautham Vasudev Menon in leading roles and has STR playing the role of a don in Kanyakumari. The movie also has Priya Bhavani Shankar, Anu Sithara, Teejay Arunasalam, Kalaiyarasan, Redin Kingsley, Sendrayan and others in supporting roles. STR was seen in a rugged look with a macho mustache and beard in the film. He also had a similar look at the post-climax sequence of Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu.
After the rugged look, Silambarasan TR has now transformed into a new look that has taken social media by storm. The latest photo shows him with a trimmed beard and long shoulder-length hair. As the actor has signed with Raaj Kamal Films International for his next project STR48, directed by Desingh Periyasamy. It is speculated that the new look could be for this project which is a periodic war film and the first look announcement video of the project was released last week. The audio launch event of Pathu Thala is set to happen on 18th March.
