There was wide speculation yesterday that the star was involved in a shooting accident in Bengaluru yesterday. Reports stated that the cast and crew were filming a bomb blast scene and the actor Sanjay Dutt was injured while filming the scene. The actor has now quashed the rumours with a statement on his Twitter handle. Sanjay Dutt has said “There are reports of me getting injured. I want to reassure everyone that they are completely baseless. By God’s grace, I m fine & healthy. I am shooting for the film KD & the team’s been extra careful while filming my scenes. Thank you everyone for reaching out & your concern”.

The report that stated that the actor was injured created a huge buzz on social media as his fans were worried. As Sanjay Dutt has now clarified that they are just ‘baseless’ rumours, It has come as a sign of relief for his fans. The busy actor has multiple projects at hand including the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan, in which he is set to do a cameo, The Good Maharaj, Gudchadi and Baap. Sanjay Dutt also recently wrapped filming of the first schedule of Leo helmed by the hit director Lokesh Kanagaraj.
