Marking Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan's 60 years of journey in the field of cinema, Raaj Kamal Films International have been hosting special events. We had recently seen the team arranging a special screening of the legend's cult classic, Hey Ram, followed by an interaction with Kamal himself. RKFI's next big plan is the musical concert that is to be conducted by Isaignaani Ilaiyaraaja. Yes, we had already reported about this grand musical night event and the event organisers also came up with its announcement recently.
This music concert, which is called as Ungal Naan, will see the presence of all the big stars from the South Indian film industry. Superstar Rajinikanth has already confirmed his presence for this event which will be happening on November 17th at Nehru Indoor Stadium. RKFI has been presenting the invites personally to all the actors and we saw the pictures of Rajinikanth, Ilaya Thilagam Prabhu, Vijay Sethupathi and director Mani Ratnam posing along with the invites.
RKFI didn't release any pictures of inviting Thalapathy Vijay and this took the fans by doubt. A section of Vijay fans, on Twitter, questioned RKFI asking if Vijay was invited for the event. In no time, RKFI replied back stating that the invite has been delivered to Vijay and he was excited to see the invite. RKFI shared the digital invite of Vijay for the fans who were quite happy about it.
The fans are puzzled to know if Vijay will attend the event and we are yet to get an update on it. With Thalapathy 64's shooting planned for the next one month in Delhi, we are not sure if he will be able to come down to Chennai, but, let us keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best.
