The beautiful Raashi Khanna, who was last seen in Vishal's Ayogya, is not just a wonderful actor but a highly talented singer too. She has earlier lent her voice for a number of songs in movies like Joru, Villain, Balakrishnudu and Jawaan. Now, she has lent her voice for another Telugu movie. Raashi herself put up a post on her Twitter handle with a video attachment. She mentioned that she had sung a reprise version of a beautiful melody in the upcoming Telugu movie Oorantha Anukuntunnaru.
Oorantha Anukuntunnaru stars Srinivas Avasarala, Nawin Vijaya Krishna, Sophiya Singh and Megha Chowdhury, in the lead. This movie, directed by Balaji Sanala is produced by Ramya Gogula, Srihari Mangalampalli and PLN Reddy under their Rowaskair Entertainments banner. Raashi Khanna has been joined by Anurag Kulkarni for this song, which has been composed by KM Radhakrishnan, for lyrics penned by lyricist Vanamali. Oorantha Anukuntunnaru is scheduled for release on October 5, keeping in mind the Navarathri festival season.
Themelodious song sung by Raashi Khanna has been titled 'Kanna'. Raashi Khanna is currently awaiting the release of Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi's Sanga Thamizhan and has Shaitan Ka Bachcha, Venky Mama, Kadaisi Vivasayi and World Famous Lover, in various stages of production.
