Pathu Thala is an anticipated film that is set to release in theatres tomorrow, March 30. The film has Silambarasan TR as the lead, the well-known actor has been delivering hits in his recent releases, including Maanaadu and Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu. The film is a remake of the hit Kannada film Mufti and is directed by Obeli N. Krishna and released by KE Gnanavelraja under the banner of Studio Green. It also has Gautham Karthik and Gautham Vasudev Menon in important roles and the music for the film is composed by A.R. Rahman. The makers of the film have now released an exciting new video.
Studio Green, the producers of Pathu Thala, have released a video of the hero of the film Silambarasan TR’s special message to Tamil people. Silambarasan TR says “Greeting to all the Tamil people, you all know that coming March 30, Pathu Thala is to be released. I heard that there is a huge buzz and a big opening for the film. But, the reason for all this is not me, not because my previous films were a hit too. It’s all because of the support, you have given me. I will never forget it. So, today if this film is released in this big scale and if this film has such huge support, It's all because of you. I don't think I can thank you enough, I don't know how to express it. Do watch the film in theatres. Enjoy it with your family, The film has come out very well and Krishna has directed very well. Rahman sir’s music and BGM, I need not say about it, you all have already heard the song and have given good response. I pray to god that this will be another big hit film. I need your love and support. Without you guys, I am no one.” Silambarasan ended the video with his signature hand gestures.
The video then ends with a tiny teaser from Pathu Thala showing a few clippings from the movie. The video was shared with the caption "Pathu Thala STR's loving message to all Tamil People."
