Actor-producer Udhayanidhi Stalin's Nenjuku Needhi has begun its post-production works, with the dubbing for the actors in the film kicking off on Tuesday. Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 winner Aari Arujunan, who is playing a pivotal role in the upcoming Tamil film, took to social media and shared photos of himself from the dubbing studio with director Arunraja Kamaraj and Raahul of Romeo Pictures. Production on Nenjuku Needhi had come to a wrap a few days back, with expectations among fans for the Udhayanidhi-starrer quite high as he will be seen playing the role of a cop for the first time in his career. An official remake of the critically-acclaimed 2019 Bollywood film, Article 15, Udhayanidhi Stalin's Nenjuku Needhi is Arunraja Kamaraj's second directorial after the blockbuster success of his sports drama Kanaa in 2018. Produced by Zee Studios and Bayview Projects LLP in association with Romeo Pictures, the buzz for the Tamil version has created a lot of chatter among fans as the story of the blockbuster Hindi venture revolved around a number of social issues, including caste atrocities and politics, sexual assault, and flogging incidents.

Apart from Udhayanidhi Stalin and Aari, Nenjuku Needhi's cast also includes Karuppan heroine Tanya Ravichandran as the female lead, followed by Bigg Boss 4's Suresh Chakravarthy, Shivani Rajashekar, Ilavarasan, Mayilsamy, Yamini Chander Abdool lee, and Ratsasan Saravanan in pivotal roles. Kanaa composer Dhibu Ninan Thomas is churning out the tunes in the film, with the technical team featuring names like cinematographer Dinesh Krishnan. B, editor Ruben, art directors Vinoth Rajkumar and Lalgudi N Ilayaraja, while the dialogues have been written by Tamizharasan Pachamuthu, lyrics by Yugabharathi and Arunraja Kamaraj, and the action choreography done by 'Stunner' Sam.
