Tamil cinema's dream couple 'Lady Superstar' Nayanthara and blockbuster filmmaker Vignesh Shivan shared a special message about love and happiness on social media on Sunday, March 19. Along with their heart-warming words, the couple also posted an adorable picture in which they are seen together with their twin baby boys, Uyir and Ulagam. The photo posted on Vignesh Shivan's Instagram page also included the caption: "❤️happiness is linked with everything that happens within our loved ones ! Love is happiness , happiness is love & is all about , all the love u can have ❤️ #Blessed".

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan have been setting couple goals ever since they began dating during the shooting og Naanum Rowdydhaan in 2015. Although they have not yet revealed their children's faces to date, the couple have shared glimpses of their time together with their adorable little munchkins. Nayanthara and Vignesh were spotted with their twins a week back at the Mumbai Airport when they visited the city for a family outing, with the paparazzi clicking the full family together. The star parents made sure the noise from the cameras didn't hinder their babies' sleep as they entered the airport to board their flight back to Chennai.

Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara tied the knot back in June 2022 and announced in October the same year that they were blessed with twin baby boys. The couple later revealed that they became parents through surrogacy, with the news then taking social media by storm. A probe was also initiated by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Tamil Nadu Government, regarding the couple being blessed with twins via surrogacy four months after their wedding. After the investigation, an official press statement was released by the committee clearing the couple of not violating any rules regarding surrogacy.

On the work front, Nayanthara will be making her big Bollywood debut in Shah Rukh Khan's pan-Indian film Jawan, which is also going to be the Hindi cinema launchpad for blockbuster Tamil director Atlee, music composer Anirudh Ravichander, cinematographer G. K. Vishnu, and editor Antony Ruben, while 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi will be appearing as the antagonist. The leading actress also has a few promising Tamil films in various stages of development among which include Iraivan opposite Jayam Ravi under Endrendrum Punnagai and Manithan fame I. Ahmed's direction, and the tentatively titled Nayanthara 75 being directed by debutant Nilesh Krishnaa, which also stars Jai, veteran actor Sathyaraj, and Redin Kingsley in crucial roles. Likewise, Vignesh Shivan is currently busy with the script work for his Wikki 6, with the buzz doing the rounds that the venture might either star Vijay Sethupathi or Love Today sensation Pradeep Ranganthan.
