Katharbasha Endra Muthuramalingam is the next big project of actor Arya that is helmed by director Muthaiya. The filmmaker is known for making films that are set in a rural backdrop and has collaborated with many popular actors and recently collaborated with Karthi for Viruman. The actor Arya is starring in a rural entertainer after a long time that has opened to lukewarm reviews from fans and movie buffs. The film was released in theatres last weekend and also has Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu fame Siddhi Idnani in an important role. The sneak peek of Katharbasha Endra Muthuramalingam shows a huge gathering of men in a public place from the village. A head then begins talking that they have gathered to talk about the election of a rural head and they propose a person and ask the permission of Jamad for the elections. Katharbasha then asks the character played by Prabhu to speak his heart out. He says he is not talking against the village or an individual person and says the election is part of democracy and so without, any opponent just selecting one person is wrong. So he suggests an election for people to vote and declared so, the Jamad has decided to conduct elections. As a person then question why they listen to this person, many voices out that it’s one of the unwritten rules of this place and it must be followed. Arya then speaks out that both religions are the same and so, do not create a ruckus. The video then ends there.
