Captain Miller is the next big project of the actor Dhanush that is set to release this year. It is to be helmed by director Arun Matheswaran of Rocky and Saani Kaayidham fame. The director has now shared an exciting update about the film on social media. He has shared a photo with Kannada Superstar Star Shiva Rajkumar and said he has wrapped filming his portions of the film. The director has also shares about his working experience with the actor, saying “We always had all smiles on our faces watching you perform, sir. We are awestruck by your aura and humility”. The director further said that it was an absolute pleasure and a memory of a lifetime working with the Kannada superstar. A picture shared by him shows the actor, the filmmaker and the crew holding rifle guns.
This new update from the makers of Captain Miller shows they could be inching close to the wrap of the film. The production house bankrolling the film Sathya Jyothi film had announced that the first look from the anticipated film will be released this month and the teaser of the film will be released next month. The film has created a huge excitement as the poster and glimpse released from the movie show will be a massive action entertainer that is set in the 1930s.
Apart from Dhanush and Kannada superstar Dr Shiva Rajkumar the film also has Priyanka Mohan playing female lead with Maanagaram fame Sundeep Kishan, Merku Thodarchi Malai hero Antony, Sillu Karupatti actress Nivedhithaa Sathish, Thunivu villain John Kokken in important roles. The film also has music composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar and will also feature a song that will have lyrics penned by director Arunraja Kamaraj. More updates from the cast and crew of the film are expected to drop soon and it is speculated that the makers could be planning a Diwali release.
