RRR was one of the most anticipated movies of 2022. Owing to the pandemic, the theatrical release of Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn starrer had to be delayed multiple times. But the pan Indian movie finally released in theatres on March 25 and is doing wonders at box office. The film collected over Rs.500 crore within just three days and created a new benchmark for Indian cinema.

The magnum opus, which is helmed by SS Rajamouli, is confidently roaring at the box office and is breaking records. Right from its visuals to the performance of the actors namely Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, and more are being appreciated by all. Amidst all the response and the immense success that come with it, an overwhelmed Jr. NTR, who played the role of Komaram Bheem in the film, took to his Twitter account and shared a long heartful thank you note that he had penned which was directed at SS Rajamouli, Vijayendra Prasad, DVV Danayya, his costars Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, the media, his fans and others for their continued support and showering him with love.

He thanked director SS Rajamouli for making him push himself and test the boundaries as an actor. Jr NTR also wrote that he cannot imagine acting in RRR without Ram Charan, who played the role of Alluri Sitarama Raju in the film. The film is successfully running in theatres across the globe. RRR is an epic period action drama film set in the pre-Independence era which tells tale of two legendary revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR), and their journey far away from home. They return home after their journey and start fighting back against the British colonialists and the Nizam of Hyderabad respectively in the 1920s.
