Leading Tamil actress Aishwarya Rajesh's next big film of 2023, Farhana, is gearing up for its release in cinemas on May 12. The film directed by Oru Naal Koothu and Monster fame Nelson Venkatesan has been produced by S R Prakash Babu and S R Prabhu under their Dream Warrior Pictures banner and continues to be the talk of the town after a thrilling and intriguing teaser was released a few days back. With the Farhana teaser receiving a strong feedback, the much-awaited title song from the film has now been released giving us new visuals of Aishwarya Rajesh alongside her fellow cast members Jithan Ramesh, Aishwarya Dutta, Anumol, among others.

Composed by Justin Prabhakaran, the Farhana title song sung by Andrea Jeremiah to the lyrics penned by Umadevi, offers viewers a look at the film's narrative and Aishwarya Rajesh, a young Muslim woman, who is married to Jithan Ramesh, with the couple having three children. The actress playing the titular character works as an employee in a private software company where she is joined by Aishwarya Dutta and Anumol, with Selvaraghavan also set to be seen in the film in a crucial role. The Farhana title song is a fast-beat number and highlights the struggles of Aishwarya Rajesh to create a good and decent living for her and her family, and carries the theme of women empowerment from the beginning to end.

Farhana has been debated quite a lot of late, especially after the film's teaser, which drew a huge response on social media. The film is Aishwarya Rajesh's fourth release of the year after The Great Indian Kitchen, Run Baby Run, and Soppana Sundari, and we can expect her to come out with a strong performance considering she has plenty of scope to put up a memorable act.
