VADA CHENNAI 2

Dhanush too during his speech at the Vaathi audio launch earlier this year revealed that Vada Chennai 2 is still in development adding that it will definitely come and it now remains to be seen when the actor and Vetri Maaran will begin production.

NEW VETRI MAARAN FILM

A collaboration that has been celebrated unlike any other in recent times, there was a buzz sometime back stating that Dhanush and Vetri Maaran would collaborate once again for a new film. Although there have been no details regarding the said project, the news of the duo joining hands for a new venture after working on blockbusters like Polladhavan (2007), Aadukalam (2011), Vada Chennai (2018), and Asuran (2019) created massive excitement among fans, who will be looking forward to the big announcement soon.

NEW FILM WITH H. VINOTH

Similar to Dhanush teaming up with director Vetri Maaran, social media was abuzz with the news of the actor collaborating with filmmaker H. Vinoth, who is best known for his films Sathuranga Vettai (2014), Nerkonda Paarvai (2019), Valimai (2022), and Thunivu (2023). Although there has been no confirmation about Dhanush and H. Vinoth joining hands, the news of them coming together has created quite a lot of curiosity among fans, with an official announcement on the project now awaited.

D49

The past few months have been quite exciting for Tamil cinema fans after reports stated that Dhanush will be acting in a film to be produced under 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI) banner. Furthermore, it is being said that the project tentatively being called D49 will be directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who has completed his Jailer with 'Superstar' Rajinikanth and it now remains to be seen if and when the film will be greenlit. And, to add to the excitement, expectations skyrocketed after news surfaced that the Dhanush-Nelson project will reportedly feature music composed by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, and all eyes will now be on the official announcement.
