Bommai is the next big film of actress Priya Bhavani Shankar that is set to release in theatres on June 16. The film has created huge excitement as it has S.J. Suryah playing the lead and is helmed by director Radha Mohan. It is the fourth release for the actress this year in six months. The psychological drama revolves around the character played by S.J. Suryah who thinks a mannequin is a real woman and that woman is played by the actress Priya Bhavani Shankar.

Ahead of the release of Bommai, the actress Priya Bhavani Shankar gave an exclusive interview to Galatta Media and where she spoke about various insights. When asked how was it to act in a character that happens fully in imagination. The actress said ‘“I should give the credits fully to Radha Mohan sir. Completely, on screen what he wanted to see he got it done. He did not just shows what he wanted with his words but he gave a presentation to us showing what he wanted. It's not as complex as you say, he made it very easy. I would say to the Monster director that if it's his film I won't hear the script, I can just blindly work with Nelson. Their work will speak for itself. Radha Mohan sir I don't want to listen to his script. We don't need to have a lot of screen space because even small characters will have a place in our hearts. Like this good writer like Vetri Maaran sir, there is no need to hear the story."

When asked what advice Priya Bhavani Shankar would give to those who want to become an actress. She said “It’s all luck, It's just you should be in the right place with the right people. It should just happen that's it. Even now, sometimes I think I should have communicated this differently because this place has so much ego. Everything is a lot here, so I don't have that clarity."
