Bigg Boss Tamil season 5 kicked off its proceedings on October 3 in a grand manner with 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan once again returning to the show as the host. The show's latest season was launched with eighteen contestants contrary to the usual sixteen in the previous editions. There were six evictions on Bigg Boss 5 among whom included Nadia Chang, Chinnaponnu, Suruthi, Madhumitha, Isaivani and Abishek Raaja, with Namitha Marimuthu walking out in the first week. That said, Abishek made a comeback as the first Bigg Boss 5 wildcard contestant, followed by Amir, the founder of ADS dance school as the second entry and Tamil TV and film actor Sanjeev joining the housemates as the third participant.
In the meantime, Vijay TV released the third Bigg Boss Tamil 5 promo for Friday, which has the contestants taking part in a game of spin the bottle. The contestants then indulge in truth and dare, with the bottle pointing towards Ciby Chandran the first time. Ciby takes this opportunity and asks Akshara Reddy to go wash the dirty clothes that are lying around, which she outright refuses. Raju Jeyamohan spins the bottle next, with the top stopping and pointing at Abhinay Vaddi. We then see Raju putting a lot of thought into his question and asks Abhinay whether he loves Pavni Reddy. The question shocks Abhinay, who asks Raju whether he's speaking in his right senses. The promo next shows Raju questioning Abhinay whether it is untrue, with Pavni towards the end remaining quiet.
Raju's question to Abhinay will not only be a surprise to Pavni and the housemates, but also viewers of Bigg Boss Tamil season 5, who will be looking forward eagerly to tonight's episode to get to know the context behind such a query. The hit reality show being telecast on Vijay TV and the streaming platform DisneyPlus Hotstar might witness a slight change later this weekend as Kamal Haasan recently tested COVID-19 positive and another big name might step in for the hosting duties.
