Aari Arujunan, who became a household name across Tamil Nadu after winning the Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 title, has announced that he and his wife Nathiya have welcomed their second child, a baby boy. The popular Tamil actor took to Twitter on Monday, July 24, to share the happy news and wrote, "Happy morning to all After waiting for long 9 months, I’m finally relaxed and happy to become a proud APPA of an little prince â¤ï¸ (sic)." Congratulatory messages and wishes have been pouring in for the latest big announcement from Aari, who along with Nathiya are proud parents to a daughter named Riya.
Fans of Bigg Boss Tamil will remember that Aari's wife Nathiya and daughter Riya visited him during his stint on the show and gave him plenty of support to keep going forward toward the finale. With the actor now set to embark on his new journey into fatherhood once again, fans are waiting with eager anticipation to witness him in action on the big screen after he won the Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 title back in 2020-2021. Aari was one of the four finalists on Bigg Boss 4 and emerged triumphant over Balaji Murugadoss, Rio Raj, Ramya Pandian, and Somshekar in the smash hit Vijay Television reality show's finale.
On the cinema front, Aari's last major big screen appearance was in the Udhayanidhi Stalin political drama crime thriller film Nenjuku Needhi, which was released in 2022 and featured the Bigg Boss star in a key role. He was next seen in Ellaam Mela Irukuravan Paathuppan, which premiered directly on television on the Colors Tamil channel earlier this year. Aari is currently attached to several films in various stages of development that include the Hansika Motwani-starrer Man, the first Illuminati movie Bagavan, and the crime thriller TN-43.
