Bagheera is an upcoming film with Prabhu Deva in lead role that's set to be released in theatres on March 3. The trailer of the film was released yesterday and shows the director, choreographer and actor taking multiple roles in the psycho-thriller flick. It's directed by the Thrish Illana Nayanthara fame Adhik Ravichandran and has many female actresses including Amyra Dastur, Sakshi Agarwal, Sonia Agarwal, Ramya Nambeesan, Janani, Sanchitha Sheety, Gayathrie Shankar, Pragathi with Sai Kumar and Nassar in supporting roles. The director and actor of the film gave an exclusive interview to Galatta ahead of the release of the film.

In the interview, the director revealed an interesting insight based on which Prabhu Deva selects his films. He said it's a plus that the dance choreographer turned actor does not consider the previous films of the director while they approach him. The director Adhik Ravichandran said "he just came, saw and said ok". He added Prabhu Deva doesn't care if the previous film was a hit or a flop all he sees is talent. The actor then agreed to the director's comments saying "I don’t see their past, talent is main for me". The director said it's tough to find an actor like him in the industry.

The anchor then went on to question when will the viral combo of Vadivelu and Prabhu Deva reunite and come together in a film again, highlighting a recent photo of the combo that went viral. Prabu Deva replied, “I am also wish for the combo to come back”. When asked about the demise of comedians and his friends, Vivek and Mayilsamy. The actor said everybody was saddened by the demise of the comedians and he was on the same plane. He said "they both were great persons apart from being well-known people" in the film Industry.
