Siddharth is one of the popular tamil actors who completes his 20 years in the film industry. The actor did his debut in 2003 in with Shankar directorial film Boys. The upcoming release of the actor is titled Takkar which is set to release in theatres on June 9. The film is directed by Karthik G Krish and is an action thriller that revolved around an angry youngster who meets a carefree rich girl. The trailer and glimpses of the film that were released created huge excitement for the film.

Ahead of the release of Takkar, the actor sat down for an interview with national award-winning critic Baradwaj Rangan, the editor-in-chief of Galatta Media. During the interview, the actor opened up about his exciting lineup of films. As the anchor asked it looks like he was under the radar for a while, Siddharth replied, "The world was under the radar. we had Covid. It was two and half years and now, everyone is coming out of their houses saying I am still here. That happened to the whole world at large, we are just lucky to be here. Yeah, it has been an interesting time coming back to normal life, But for me in particular, because it is not just coming back with a film, but I am coming back with a purple patch if you can call it that. It's a good time to be me."

The actor then went on to say that “This year, Once we start on June 9th as Takkar releases. Then we have over own production Chitha, An untitled Romantic film that I have just completed, there's Indian 2, then there is Karthik G Krish's next film and then there is Sashikanth’s Test. So, this is my lineup for 18 months." The actor further went on to say that if someone had told him that entering his 21st year if someone said he would have six films, he would have said that person had lost his mind. "But I am truly happy about it but it's not just a default by design.”, said Siddharth. Check out the full interview:
