Thalapathy Vijay's Master has completed its 50 days of run at the box office today (March 3) and the fans are celebrating the special day on social media. Master, which released amidst huge expectations among the audience and fans, had a phenomenal run at the box office. Very recently, it was revealed that Master is the all-time number one Tamil film with the highest theatrical share in Tamil Nadu and it defeated the massive record of Rajamouli's Baahubali 2. We all know that Master released in theatres with a 50% occupancy, but despite the pandemic wave and the reduced occupancy, the film became a sensational hit and witnessed a massive reception.

The family audiences stormed into the theatres after a very long time and Master revived the theatrical business in style. Interestingly, in just 16 days after its theatrical release, Master had its digital release on Amazon Prime Video for the overseas audience and it gained a wide amount of viewership. The mixed reviews from the critics did not affect the film's box office performance and it was the success of Master that paved the way for several other movies to opt for a theatrical release.

Marking the 50th day, the makers have now released a new unseen making video and it has gone viral on social media. The fans have been truly delighted and surprised by the release of this new video and it is receiving a good response. This making video is from the climax sequence where Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi lock horns against each other. It is one of the highlight moments in the film and it is good to see the moments from behind the scene. We also get to see some light-hearted candid moments where Vijay is seen hugging and laughing with Vijay Sethupathi.

Master's director Lokesh Kanagaraj took to his Twitter page to share this video and he thanked Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi for giving him the opportunity to do this film. Sharing the video, Lokesh wrote, "No matter how many ever times I say, it ain’t enough!! Thank u @actorvijay na & @VijaySethuOffl na". While Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi played the lead roles, the film's star cast also included Malavika Mohanan, Arjun Das, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Gouri Kishan, Poovaiyar, and others.

The film was produced by Vijay's uncle, Xavier Britto under the banner of XB Film Creators and it was released by Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studios. For now, check out the newly released making video from Master featuring Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi here:
