Earlier this morning (May 7), Dhanush took his fans and film buffs by surprise by posting some unseen pictures from the initial photoshoot session of Kadhal Konden. Dhanush's young look is sure to make the fans feel nostalgic and it instantly takes us back to the Kadhal Konden days. The pictures have already gone viral among the fans and it has definitely come as a surprise for many. Sharing the pictures on his official Instagram page, Dhanush wrote, "The very first few pics that we shot for kadhal konden. Where it all started. Shot by cameraman aravind krishna and directed by selvaraghavan. #vinodh #divya".

Kadhal Konden is an important film in Dhanush's career and it gave the right kind of start for him in Tamil cinema. Though he made his debut with Thulluvadho Ilamai, it was Kadhal Konden which gave him the first breakthrough. The film struck a chord with the audience and the emotions were beautifully captured by director Selvaraghavan. Kadhal Konden was an important film for all of them who worked in it, including Dhanush, Selvaraghavan, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Sonia Agarwal, cinematographer Aravind Krishna, and others.

Currently, Dhanush is shooting for his next International project, The Gray Man, which is directed by The Russo Brothers. Dhanush will be seen playing an important role in this film which has Captain America fame Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling in the lead roles. The Gray Man is produced and assembled by popular streaming giant, Netflix. Dhanush is expected to return to India after completing the shoot of the film by the end of this month. After coming back, Dhanush will resume shooting for his film with director Karthick Naren (D43), produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. D43 features Malavika Mohanan as the female lead and has music scored by GV Prakash Kumar.

Dhanush's next release in Tamil cinema will be Jagame Thandhiram which is scheduled to release on June 18 on Netflix platform. The film has got huge expectations among the fans and film buffs and it is going to be an interesting film to watch out for. The other projects in Dhanush's upcoming line up include Atrangi Re (Hindi), Naane Varuven, D44 (with Sun Pictures), and an untitled film each with directors Ram Kumar, Vetri Maaran, and Arun Matheswaran.
