Contrary to earlier reports claiming that Naga Chaitanya’s new film Gauravam was shelved, it is now heard that UTV Motion Pictures is going to produce this film in association with Annapoorna Studios and the regular shooting will start in June.
Directed by Radha Mohan, who earlier directed Akashamantha and Gaganam, Gauravam is a bilingual to be made in Telugu and Tamil. Said to be a family entertainer set in the backdrop of a village, it stars Tamil actor Sharathkumar’s daughter Varalakshmi as the heroine.
