Actor Mohan Babu and his three children Vishnu, Manoj and Prasanna Lakshmi met Chief Minister K. Rosaiah at the Secretariat on Wednesday and sought permission to take out a peace rally from Tank Bund to Secretariat against the attack by Telangana Rashtra Samiti activists on Manoj's film unit at Kompalli.
The Chief Minister reportedly advised him to keep the peace rally in abeyance for two days. The CM also promised protection to Mohan Babu's family, which was threatened by TRS activists. Mohan Babu said that the rally would be to promote amity among people of different regions, specially Hyderabad.
