What's next for Gautham Menon?

After the roaring success of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, ace director Gautham Menon is currently busy with his quickie thriller Nadunisi Naaygal, starring Sameera Reddy and his assistant Veera. The director is expected to finish this project by August. The film will narrate a series of events happening in a night and its duration will be 90 minutes.

The director is also busy with his production venture Veppam, jointly produced under his home banner Photon Kathaas and R.S. Infotainment. Veppam, directed by Anjana (who earlier assisted Mani Ratnam) is in its final stages. The ace film-maker’s company has also acquired all the remake rights for Kalavaani in all Indian languages.

And then comes the biggie, the Hindi remake of Tamil blockbuster Vinnaithaadi Varuvaaya, which will have Trisha and Prateik Babbar in the lead roles.

There are also reports that Gautham Menon's Photon Kathaas has signed director Suseendhran of Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu for an upcoming venture titled Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai.
