Vithagan shooting progressing at hectic pace

After a long hunt for a new heroine for his upcoming Vithagan, Parthiban had finalized Poornima (of Muniyandi Vilangiyal Moondramandu and Kodaikanal fame). Everyone thought Parthiban would introduce a new heroine who would become a successful actress in Kollywood, just like Madhumitha.

Parthiban's recent directorial ventures are Kudaikkul Mazhai and Pachakuthirai. He has also acted in Aayirathil Oruvan directed by Selvaraghavan.

Vithagan is produced by Seventh Channel’s Manickam and cinematographed by M.S. Prabhu. Music is by Sridhar. The film's shoot took place recently in Chennai where a bungalow with a helipad was constructed.

Vithagan should be completed very soon and Parthiban is hoping that the film does well at the box office. Parthiban is a genius, known to come out with offbeat ideas. Let's see what he has in store this time!
