Kamal Haasan's magnum opus Vishwaroopam released all over the country (except Tamil Nadu) on January 25 and it released in Tamil Nadu on February 7. The gross collection of the film all over the country has been reported for the last two weeks, including the Hindi version of the film, Vishwaroop, which released on February 1. Reportedly, the film has grossed 22 Crores from Andhra Pradhesh, 11 Crores from Kerala and Karnataka jointly, and 20 Crores from the Hindi version. The film has earned about 14 Crores from the overseas box office collection. The official report of the box office collection in Tamil Nadu is yet to be released. Though none of these numbers are officially confirmed, the reports show how big Vishwaroopam has been making in the box office! Great going

Meanwhile, Rahul Bose, who played an important role in the film, informed through his micro-blogging site that the all India box office collections has exceeded 120 Crores! Vishwaroopam, written, directed and co-produced by Kamal Haasan, was made on a whopping budget of 95 crores!
