After almost six years, Ilayathalapathy Vijay has crooned a party number in his upcoming film Thuppakki, where he plays the role of an encounter specialist. The film, directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Kajal Aggarwal as the leading lady and Vidyut Jamwal as the main villain. "After I finished composing the song, I knew that Vijay’s voice suited it best and when I told him about it, he obliged and was very excited," music director Harris Jayaraj was quoted saying.
The technical team comprises of Kalaipuli S. Thanu (producer), Santosh Sivan (camera), Harris Jayaraj (music), Jayamohan (dialogues) and Anthony (editing).
