Venkat Prabhu's next

Venkat Prabhu’s Saroja has captured the imagination of this generation of Tamil moviegoers and it has even been dubbed into Telugu. Most shows are running houseful around the cities even such a long time after its release. Inspired by the Hollywood flick, Judgement Night (1993), this film is noted for its slick storytelling and even more crisp technical qualities, all of which meld together to form a true classic.

But Venkat Prabhu isn’t resting on his laurels; he has gone on a spree of story discussions for his future projects. Goa, his next venture, is already in the pipeline produced by Warner Bros and Soundarya Rajnikanth’s Ochre Studios, and is all set to launch at the fag end of 2008. Pre-production work is on right now.

He will also be doing a movie under his father, Gangai Amaran’s banner Mother Grace Pictures.
