Urvasi in Saa Kudumbam Shyamala

After a brief absence from Mollywood, popular South Indian actress Urvashi plays the powerful and humorous role of the interfering mother in a family entertainer titled Saa Kudumbam Shyamala, starring Kunchacko Boban in the lead. After reading the script, Urvasi immediately gave her dates, it is said.

The film will be directed by Radhakrishnan Mangalthu, maker of super hit comedy serial 'Indumukhi Chandramukhi', and produced by Gopakumar, who also produced last year’s big hit Ivar Vivahithirayal. Script is by Krishna Poojapura.

Also in the cast are Bhama, Lalu Alex, Nedumudi Venu, Sooraj Venjaranmoodu and Salim Kumar. Saa Kudumbam Shyamala will start rolling from May 10 and will be released on July 23 by Central Pictures Kottayam.

Meanwhile, Urvashi recently completed her role in Mummy and Me, directed by Jithu Joseph. She will be soon joining the sets of a few other movies, including Best of Luck.
