Update on Paiyya
Paiyya, starring Karthi and Tamannaah in the lead, is directed by Lingusamy. The director is back in action after Bheema. The film's shoot has been progressing at�breakneck speed in Chennai. Prasad Studios has been seeing a lot of activity as the film is expected to be completed soon.
Paiyya, believed to be a romantic comedy with the highways as backdrop, is a thriller and Lingusamy plans to release the film in a few months. He is very confident that Paiyya will hit the bull's eye. He had earlier directed Run, Sandakozhi and Bheema, all of which were very successful at the box office. Paiyya has music by Yuvanshankar Raja and expectations are building up by the day.
Another forthcoming film with Karthi in the lead role is Aayirathil Oruvan by director Selvaraghavan.
