Actor Dhanush’s second film in Bollywood is Shamitabh after a successful debut in Raanjhanaa. Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan is making her entry in the industry with this film. Legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha will be seen alongside the lead cast.
Maestro Ilaiyaraja has been roped in to compose music for this film, directed by R. Balki. We hear that Ilaiyaraja has made Shruti Haasan sing a Hindustani song for her sister Akshara. The actress is on cloud nine for lending her voice to Akshara.
Shamitabh is all set for a grand release on February 6, 2015. Cinematographer P.C. Sreeram has cranked the camera.
