Suriya in Avan Ivan?

Unlike his previous movies Pithamagan (2003)and Naan Kadavul (2009), which won several awards and acclaim in various arenas but failed to win the box office race, National award winning director Bala's forthcoming Avan Ivan will be a full-fledged commercial venture with the definite aim to make a profit. Now the latest buzz is that actor Suriya appears in a guest appearance in the film towards the climax.

Starring Arya and Vishal in the lead roles, the film commenced its shooting schedule recently and will be completed within six months. Janani Iyer is one of the heroines. Avan Ivan is produced by AGS Entertainment. Yuvanshankar Raja scores the music.
