Subramaniyapuram trailer ready to hit theatres

The trailer of Subramaniyapuram (also spelt as Subramaniapuram) is ready to hit the silver screens. The film’s story is set in the 80s and it marks the debut of Sasikumar as an actor. He has directed this film too. The film has Jai, Chennai 600028 fame, as the hero.

Usually, these days the trailers are played straight from computer hard disks on to the screens. This is called Cube technology, which most of the theatres have adopted. But for some reason Subramaniyapuram is sticking to the old method of traditional film printing and it looks like the theatres too have made a request for traditional format.

There is also one promotional song trailer which will not feature in the film. The hero of the film will introduce the characters of the movie and give an idea about the movie through this song. This is a usual practice in the West. It has been introduced in India for the first time.
