Famous South Indian singer S. Janaki sustained head injury when she slipped in her bathroom in a hotel at Tirupathi a few days back. Fortunately the hotel staff was very quick to help her. They took her to Venkateswara Institute of Medical sciences where the doctors took special care of her. She responded well to the treatment and was said to be out of danger.

S Janaki was in Tirupathi to attend the marathon concert of her nephew G. Balakrishna Prasad.
