Shamitha ties the knot

Shamitha, the lady who acted in Pandavar Bhoomi, married Shree, son of noted music director Shankar Ganesh. The actress shifted her attention to the small screen and currently features in several TV serials. It was during the shoot of Siva Sakthi, that Shamitha met Shree and it was love at first sight!

In Pandavar Bhoomi directed by Cheran, Shamitha played Arun Vijay's love interest. The film received a decent response at the box office which also starred Raj Kiran in a significant role.

The wedding took place in T. Nagar, Chennai on April 30th, and was followed by a reception on May 1st.
