Shamili as heroine
Shamili, who became famous as baby Shamili in ace director Mani Ratnam's Anjali, is the newest heroine of Kollywood. She also made a brief appearance in Rajiv Menon's Kandukondein Kandukondein, as the younger sister of Aishwarya Rai. Shamili is now being flooded with offers from Tollywood and Kollywood, and is eagerly awaiting the release of her Telugu flick Oye in which she plays the lead role opposite Siddharth.
Oye is directed by Anand and music is scored by Yuvanshankar Raja. The songs are already popular and everyone is eagerly looking forward to see a new chemistry on screen.
