Actor Sarath Kumar is extremely busy shooting for his upcoming film Sandamarutham, directed by A. Venkatesh. This film will see Sarath Kumar in dual roles. He will be seen as both protagonist and antagonist in the film.
We hear that the climax of the film has been shot extensively for 12 days. The shooting of Sandamarudam was canned in Binny Mills and it is said that two body doubles for Sarath Kumar and four additional fighters from Bangkok were roped in for the climax sequence.
Reportedly, the story of Sandamarutham is based on a real life incident narrated to Sarath Kumar by a police officer. Later, crime novelist Rajesh Kumar developed the screenplay for the film.
