Director Sadasivam’s upcoming venture is titled as Ru. This film stars Irfan in the lead and Aadhavan will be seen in a supporting role. The shooting of the film is going on at a rapid pace.
When asked about the meaning of the title, the director said that Ru meant the number five in ancient Tamil. Before the concept of numbers came into existence, Tamil Kings used phrases to represent numbers.
We hear that Ru has five negative characters in it because of which the film was named Ru. The film is about how Irfan punishes these five people with negative traits.
