Sa Boo Thrii music review

Sa Boo Thrii (Also spelt Sa Boo Three) introduces three new faces to Kollywood – Arshath Khan, Prajin and Aksha. Its director Arshath Khan, who has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues, says the film has the right amount of romance and thrills to entertain. Music is by Abbas Rahbi.

‘Suvai Karumbe’ is a totally different composition sung in a novel style by Benny Dayal and Ujjaini. It has a lot of youthful touch to its tune, rhythm and presentation. ‘Mazhaiye Mazhaiye’ is an enjoyable love song in Haricharan’s voice. Vijay Yesudas' voice has an embedded sad feel in it. This comes out in ‘Athu Oru Adai Mazhaikalam’. The same song is featured next with Ujjaini’s voice added to Vijay’s but the feel is the same. 'Saa Boo Thrii’ the title number begins with a MKT song as its prelude. Sung by Benny in a hip-hop style, the song is a typical party number. ‘Putham Puthithai Oru Vaanam’ by Rahul Nambiar and Ujjaini is set in a refreshing tune.

Abbas Rahbi has tried some novel elements in his music for Sa Boo Thrii.
