S.J. Suryah on new venture
S.J. Suryah’s earlier films Vaali and Kushi carried a style of their own. His films New and Ah-Aah attracted a large number of people. This attraction was in the negative sense; he became notorious rather than famous. These films faced lots of criticism and much opposition from the women’s side. Even in films directed by others where he was the actor, he had roles where he would flirt around with women. This set up a standard thought about him. Now S.J. Suryah is to do a totally different film. This film is to be titled Pesum Theivangal and it is sure to attract the womenfolk and the children. The shooting is to commence soon. It seems Suryah has reformed on screen, is to erase his playboy notoriety and perform in a different manner. Watch out!
