Rajinikanth has started shooting for his next film Lingaa, at Mysore. Directed by K.S. Ravikumar, the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty in lead roles. Also Rajni, will be playing dual roles in this film. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's old buddies Radha Ravi, Vijayakumar and R Sundarrajan who had teamed-up in several of his hit films, will share screen space again with the Superstar.
Also Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu plays a significant role in this film.
Produced by Rockline Venkatesh Production, the film has wrapped up the first schedule. Music has been composed by AR Rahman.
