Radha Ravi turns director

When budding actors turn�directors or assistant directors, experienced actor Radha Ravi chose to take his time in trying his hand at film direction. The veteran actor is a perfectionist and also wants be right the first time.

Yes,�eminent actor Radha Ravi has expressed his desire to direct a film. He�has been mulling over this for years, but deferred it as he wanted it to yield the perfect outcome. He considers film direction a natural corollary to all the years spent in the field of acting.

“I expect perfection in everything, including acting. That is why I didn’t try direction all this while though it was on my mind. But now, I am going to direct a film and it will be announced soon,” said the veteran actor.

Son of legendary actor M.R. Radha, Radha Ravi naturally took acting as a career. But the stature he has attained in Kollywood is a tremendous achievement; today, he has�his own�identity in this industry and is not just known as M.R. Radha’s son.

Apart from being a renowned actor, Radha Ravi is also an eminent leader and a great personality in�society. He heads the Lions Club of Chennai and currently holds the post of secretary in Nadigar Sangam, which he headed efficiently a few years ago. Years of working towards perfection in acting and being at the helm of everything due to his sense of responsibility has instilled tons of creativity and leadership qualities in him. There is no doubt he will put them to the best use in�creating a good film; his penchant for perfection will definitely produce great results.
