Premgi will be playing a dual role, that of a grandfather and a dog, in his upcoming comedy entertainer Simba. The film also has Bharath in the lead. Directed by Aravind Sridhar, Simba is a black comedy thriller with Bhanu Sri Mehra as the leading lady. Premgi will play Bharath's grandfather. In the film, Bharath will often go into hallucination mode and will interact with his grandpa, while for others it will be a Great Dane.
