Nitin Sathyaa toning up

The jury is still out on Palaivana Cholai,�remake of the�1980’s hit that released recently. Directed by K.S. Dayalan, the new version sticks to the original emotional theme, but had been tweaked to suit the�tastes of today’s audience. Amongst the four lead actors is Nitin Sathyaa, who had made a name for himself with his previous movies. And while Nitin is keeping his fingers crossed and hoping for a hit, he has no time to sit around and bite his nails! The actor has two movies to prepare for – Pinkurippu, PC Mitran and an untitled flick.

“I do hope that the success of the original Palaivana Cholai will repeat itself with our new version. And while I am nervous about that, I am busy sweating it out at the gym for Pinkurippu and PC Mitran which are action movies,” says Nitin. Like Jai, Nitin also has no qualms in working with debut directors because he feels�their scope to experiment is greater and�their scripts are very unique.
