Nasser's Sandalwood re-entry
Veteran actor Nasser is making a comeback in Sandalwood with Suryakanthi, directed by K.M. Chaitanya. The actor will enact the role of hero Chetan's grandfather. Kishori Ballal, who in real life is many years older to him, plays his wife.
Nasser is a versatile South Indian actor, producer, writer, director, lyricist, and singer. He has appeared in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and English films. Interestingly in many Tamil films Nasser has played father to actors older than him.
