Nandha Periyasamy: Too busy to act!

Director Nandha Periyasamy, who makes his acting debut with Yogi alongside Ameer, has been receiving a lot of calls from different directors to act in their movies. Nandha, who has a good supporting role in Yogi, enjoyed the acting experience, and would not mind doing it again, but not just yet.

Says Nandha, “Soon after I completed dubbing for Yogi, I was offered a number of supporting roles in many movies. I turned them all down because I am focussed on my next directorial venture called Maathi Yosi that has four heros and one heroine.” He adds that he will consider acting only after Maathi Yosi has been filmed, edited and released.

“While directing a movie, one cannot allow any mental diversions. As much as acting was a fun experience, direction is my passion and my own movie comes first. Only after Maathi Yosi has released will I act again,” insists the director.
