Naan Kadavul on February 6th
After pushing everyone’s curiosity to the brink, Naan Kadavul is all ready for a grand release on February 6th. The film, which was in the making for more than two years, is based on a profound subject and a tragic story in parallel. The film throws light on perhaps the most unfathomable brains of our times – aghori sadhus. Proclaiming themselves to be gods and the owners of“eternal truth”, they live on their own terms, which are confounding to outsiders. Arya, who plays an aghori sadhu in the film, almost lived like one and his dedication has peaked the curiosity levels of the audience. They know very well that Bala brings out the best from his actors and has helped more than an actor to establish himself in Kollywood.
The film’s climax has been a point of debate for many cine enthusiasts. Balashot two climaxes for the film and found it extremely difficult tochoose between them. But now finally, he has made up his mind. (But we prefer not to speak about the climax yet.) Though it initially upset the Censor Board members, the climax received a green signal from them as it is very indispensable to the film.
Besides Arya, the film also stars Pooja, who hasperformed her best-everrole. Ever since the new set ofpromo stillsfrom Naan Kadavul got released, most of them withPooja and shedding some light on her role, she has been deluged with phone calls from fans appreciating her good work.
Music by Ilayaraja is definitely one of the film’s strengths. Almost everyone agrees that Ilayaraja has come up with incredibly beautiful and divine music for Naan Kadavul.
Exploring an obscure concept beautifully with the help of dedicated actors, Naan Kadavul will be a milestone in Indian Cinema.
