Moondru Naatkal: Ghost Bus

Moondru Naatkal, a Tamil film with a story line that is slightly unorthodox is in the making with newcomers in the lead roles. The film is about a couple that embarks on a journey in a haunted bus. Every other person on the bus -- passengers, driver and conductor -- are ghosts (the bus met a fatal accident a few years ago and since then is running as a ghost bus, gathering passengers and convertting them into ghosts). The film captures the travails of the couple on this ghost bus, and how they escape from certain death in three days forms the crux of the story.

Rasa Vikram, who directs this film, has also written the story, screenplay, and dialogues. The film’s shooting is taking place in Virudachalam and its vicinity. Most of the filming is done after evening and at midnight as the script demands it.

The film’s music is by Indian; lyrics are by Ilayakamban; Kumaran and Ramya form the debut lead pair. The supporting cast includes actors like Payilvan Ranganathan, King Kong and others.
