Manjal Veyil releases today with 'U' certificate
Manjal Veyil is a triangular love story starring Prasanna, Sandya and Bala. Music has been composed by Bharadwaj and Sandya has even crooned for one of the songs. The film is directed by Vaseegaran.
Manjal Veyil was passed with a 'U' certificate. It also won the appreciation of censor board officials, who were very happy with the clean entertainment that the film provided. It is believed that the film may be made in Telugu as well later this year. When asked, director Vaseegaran said that it was a complete entertainer for the youth.
Most of the film has been shot in and around Chennai. RK who played a significant role in Ellam Avan Seyal is the villain of the film. The lyrics have been penned by Pa. Vijay and cinematography is handled by Kaviyarasu.
The film generated a lot of interest, when a certain section of the media has claimed that there is a kissing scene between Prasanna and Sandya. But Sandya has denied shooting for such a scene!
