Kollywood fans have been waiting for years to see the hit combination of Arvind Samy and Mani Ratnam back on big screen. And now it has become a reality. The ace director has signed Arvind Samy to play a prominent role in his next film which will have Karthik's son Gautham and Samantha in lead roles. The film is reportedly an intense love story set in the backdrops of fisherman community in Tamil Nadu. The technical team comprises of A.R. Rahman (music), Rajiv Menon (camera), Vairamuthu (lyrics), Sreekaran Prasad (editing) and Jeyamohan (dialogues).

Apart from that action king Arjun will also play a prominent role in this flick.
