Malaikottai completes 125 days
Malaikottai, starring Vishal and Priyamani, has reached the 125 day mark. This comedy-action film directed by Bhoopathy Pandian has been immensely successful and has reiterated Vishal's place as one of the top heroes in Kollywood. It was released in Telugu as Bhaiyya and was equally successful.

Vishal is currently all geared up for his cop flick Sathyam, also being made in Telugu as Salute, where he pairs with Nayantara for the first time. This is Vishal's first Telugu film, although his all his Tamil films have been dubbed in Telugu and have been well-received at the box-office.
